  • Handle your consumer complaint if the trader is based in your home country (no cross-border element)
  • Intervene if the trader is based outside the EU, Norway and Iceland
  • Handle your consumer complaint if the trader is not an entrepreneur
  • Inspection of disputes between entrepreneur and entrepreneur

About ECC Slovakia

The European Consumer Centre Slovakia has been a part of a network of European Consumer Centres since 2006 and has been working under the Ministry of Economy of Slovak republic. ECC Slovakia has four employees. Our task is to provide advice and assistance if you are making purchases in other EU member states, in Norway, or Iceland, or if you are travelling there and you encounter problems when enforcing your rights with providers of goods and services.
