Ak sa v\u00e1m chybne poskytnut\u00e9 dovolenkov\u00e9 slu\u017eby nepodarilo reklamova\u0165 a\u00a0napravi\u0165 priamo na mieste, m\u00e1me pre v\u00e1s rady ako postupova\u0165 \u010falej.\u00a0<\/h4>\n

  1. Zhroma\u017edite fotky v\u0161etk\u00fdch nedostatkov, p\u00edsomn\u00fd z\u00e1znam z\u00a0ubytovacieho zariadenia, pr\u00edpadne ak\u00e9ko\u013evek \u010fal\u0161ie d\u00f4kazy preukazuj\u00face va\u0161u nespokojnos\u0165.\n

  2. N\u00e1jdite vo svojom e-maile potvrdenie rezerv\u00e1cie, pr\u00edpadne inzer\u00e1t s\u00a0popisom vami zak\u00fapenej dovolenky, z ktorej je zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee realita sa nezhodovala s\u00a0opisom dovolenkov\u00fdch slu\u017eieb, za ktor\u00e9 ste zaplatili.\n

    TIP:<\/strong> Potvrdenie rezerv\u00e1cie dovolenky sa m\u00f4\u017ee ocitn\u00fa\u0165 aj v\u00a0nevy\u017eiadanej po\u0161te (spam).\n <\/li>\n

  3. Ak ste na mieste zistili nezrovnalosti, o\u00a0ktor\u00fdch v\u00e1s cestovn\u00e1 kancel\u00e1ria neinformovala, m\u00f4\u017ee jej t\u00fdm vznikn\u00fa\u0165 aj zodpovednos\u0165 za \u0161kodu, ktor\u00fa v\u00e1m t\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobila. Zodpovednosti za \u0161kodu sa taktie\u017e zbav\u00ed, ak bola sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 udalos\u0165ou, ktorej nebolo mo\u017en\u00e9 zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 ani pri vynalo\u017een\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00e9ho \u00fasilia alebo v d\u00f4sledku neobvykl\u00fdch a nepredv\u00eddan\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed (tzv. mimoriadne okolnosti). V pr\u00edpade zavinenia \u0161kody tre\u0165ou osobou, ktor\u00e1 sa nepodie\u013ea na poskytovan\u00ed z\u00e1jazdu alebo mimoriadnou okolnos\u0165ou, m\u00e1 cestovn\u00e1 kancel\u00e1ria z\u00e1konn\u00fa povinnos\u0165 poskytn\u00fa\u0165 v\u00e1m bezodkladn\u00fa pomoc.\n <\/li>\n

  4. P\u00edsomne uplatnite reklam\u00e1ciu v cestovnej kancel\u00e1rii bezodkladne po n\u00e1vrate z dovolenky, najnesk\u00f4r do troch mesiacov od skon\u010denia z\u00e1jazdu.\n

    TIP:<\/strong> Pou\u017eite listov\u00fa z\u00e1sielku s\u00a0doru\u010denkou, aby ste vedeli nesk\u00f4r preuk\u00e1za\u0165, \u017ee ste svoj n\u00e1rok uplatnili v\u010das.\n <\/li>\n

  5. Ak neviete ak\u00fa z\u013eavu po\u017eadova\u0165 za chybne poskytnut\u00e9 dovolenkov\u00e9 slu\u017eby, ako orienta\u010dn\u00e1 pom\u00f4cka sl\u00fa\u017ei\u00a0 tzv. Frankfurtsk\u00e1 tabu\u013eka zliav<\/a>, vydan\u00e1 Zemsk\u00fdm s\u00fadom vo Frankfurte nad Mohanom v r. 1985 a je aj s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou tzv. Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9ho k\u00f3dexu kvality cestovania (Codex ITQ), ktor\u00fd sa postupne st\u00e1va s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou poskytovania slu\u017eieb cestovn\u00fdch kancel\u00e1ri\u00ed aj v in\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch \u0161t\u00e1toch.\n

Ak vznikol probl\u00e9m so zahrani\u010dnou cestovnou kancel\u00e1riou obr\u00e1\u0165te sa na n\u00e1s <\/a>.\n

    TIP:<\/strong> Mimos\u00fadne rie\u0161enie je r\u00fdchle a\u00a0lacn\u00e9. Eur\u00f3pske spotrebite\u013esk\u00e9 centrum mimos\u00fadne rie\u0161i cezhrani\u010dn\u00e9 spotrebite\u013esk\u00e9 spory zadarmo a subjekt ARS si za podanie n\u00e1vrhu na za\u010datie alternat\u00edvneho rie\u0161enia m\u00f4\u017ee vyp\u00fdta\u0165 poplatok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke najviac 5 eur.\n <\/li>\n

  7. Nezabudnite, \u017ee od v\u010dasne uplatnen\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va vo\u010di cestovnej kancel\u00e1rii v\u00e1m plynie 3-ro\u010dn\u00e1 lehota, po\u010das ktorej m\u00e1te mo\u017enos\u0165 svoje n\u00e1roky uplatni\u0165 na s\u00fade. Spor je mo\u017en\u00e9 rie\u0161i\u0165 tie\u017e podan\u00edm \u017ealoby na vecne a miestne pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fd s\u00fad. V pr\u00edpade spotrebite\u013esk\u00e9ho sporu m\u00f4\u017eete ako spotrebite\u013e poda\u0165 n\u00e1vrh tie\u017e na s\u00fade v mieste svojho trval\u00e9ho pobytu a\u00a0navy\u0161e ste ako spotrebite\u013e osloboden\u00fd od s\u00fadnych poplatkov (\u00a7 4 ods. 2 p\u00edsm. u) z\u00e1kona \u010d. 71\/1992 Zb. o s\u00fadnych poplatkoch a poplatku za v\u00fdpis z registra trestov v znen\u00ed neskor\u0161\u00edch poplatkov).\n
