When you bought a product or service in store and purchased good or service is without defects in conformity with order you do not have right for cancellation of such purchase according the law (as it is by online purchases or purchases outside trader´s premises).
Trader may provide you with right to cancel the purchase in particular time period. The product must be in original cover with all oridinal tags and not used so that trader can sell the produnct to other consumers. In these cases it is always trader´s option and his gesture of good will in order to award his customers but not obligation.
