When you cannot withdraw from the contract

In some case you cannot withdraw from contract concluded online. It is in cases where contract concerns e.g.:

personalised or ‘tailor-made’ goods customized according to consumer’s specifications,
services in case that the provision of services began with consumer’s agreement before the end of the withdrawal period,
sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery,
goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items,
accommodation, transport and entertainment services provided on a specific date or time period,
delivery of newspapers and magazines,
goods or services the price of which depends on fluctuations in financial markets.
